About Me

I graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a focus on Expressive Arts. I integrate person-centered, expressive arts, cognitive-behavioral, and feminist approaches to support clients in their healing and personal goals. I have experience working with concerns related to depression, anxiety, and substance use, and I am especially passionate about supporting individuals living with chronic illness and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Outside of therapy, I enjoy making art, spending time outdoors, and playing my ukulele.
